This Privacy Policy explains how SpeedLeads AI ("we", "the Provider") collects, uses, stores and protects information in connection with the cloud CRM and AI sales agent we provide (the "Service"). For any privacy question, contact us at speedleads.info@gmail.com.

1. Information we collect

• Account & usage data — name, email, organization details and authorized-user details needed to operate the Service.
• CRM data — leads, contacts, deals, notes, correspondence and other content you upload or create in the system.
• Google data — when you connect a Google account (Gmail / Calendar), we access certain data through Google APIs as described in Section 3.
• Technical data — basic operational logs needed for security, uptime monitoring and troubleshooting.

2. How we use information

We use information solely to provide and maintain the Service: sending and receiving email on your behalf, creating and syncing calendar events, managing your leads, providing support, and maintaining security and availability. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

3. Google user data (Gmail and Calendar)

When you choose to connect a Google account, we request the following scopes, strictly for the features they enable:

• userinfo.email — identify the email address of the connected account.
• gmail.send — send email on your behalf directly from the CRM.
• gmail.modify — read and label/organize email related to your leads within the CRM.
• calendar / calendar.events — create, update and sync meetings and events scheduled through the CRM.

4. Storage, security and retention

We apply industry-standard safeguards, including data encryption, role-based access control, backups and monitoring. Google authentication tokens are stored encrypted. We retain data for as long as your account is active. On termination you are given a thirty (30) day window to export your data, after which it is deleted from our systems, including backups, within a further thirty (30) days.

5. Third-party sharing

The Service relies on reputable infrastructure providers (such as Google Workspace, Amazon Web Services, Make and the WhatsApp Business API) to operate. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the Service, to comply with a legal obligation, or with your explicit consent.

6. Your rights

We operate in accordance with Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13. In relation to the personal information we hold about you, you have the following rights:

• Right of access — to receive information about the data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — to request correction of inaccurate, incorrect or outdated data.
• Right to deletion — to request deletion of data, subject to retention obligations under law.
• Withdraw consent — to withdraw, at any time, consent given to processing or to connecting a Google account.
• Lodge a complaint — to file a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

Disconnecting Google access: you may disconnect a connected Google account at any time by deleting it in the Organization Manager screen of the CRM. To fully revoke access you can also remove the permission directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
